FIND YOUR SIZE IN SECONDS

Your tyre has the answer.

Look for 20″, 22″ or 24″ on the side of your tyre. That’s the size you select — there’s no need to measure the wheel.

Size guide
Tyre size20″
Guard & sticker diameter41 cm (≈16.1″)
Tyre size22″
Guard & sticker diameter46 cm (≈18.1″)
Tyre size24″
Guard & sticker diameter50 cm (≈19.7″)

All our guards have a 14 cm (≈5.5″) centre opening.

These are the standard sizes of the guards we supply. Existing guards from other manufacturers may need custom-sized stickers.

PART OF STICKER FX GRAPHICS

It’s still me, Terry.

Hi, I’m Terry from Sticker FX Graphics. If you’ve ordered wheelchair spoke guards or stickers from me before, welcome back. Wheelchair Stickers is my dedicated wheelchair shop, with the same care, quality and personal service.

Sticker FX Graphics now focuses mainly on motorbike graphics. Here, choose a ready-made design or simply describe your idea and let AI design it — no design skills needed.

A FEW WORDS. SO MANY POSSIBILITIES.

You bring the idea. We bring it to life.

How it works
  1. 01

    Tell us what you like

Choose a starting point: describe your whole idea and any exact words, or upload a favourite photo. Then select the tyre size printed on your wheel.

An idea could be…A cow jumping over the moon, with “Albert” worked into the night sky away from the centre opening.
  2. 02

    AI designs the whole picture

AI creates new artwork and any requested words together. If you uploaded a photo, the design is inspired by it. Important details stay away from the outer edge and centre opening.

  3. 03

    Review your matching pair

Choose your tyre size and package, check your matching pair, then pay securely by card. Your approved artwork and any custom sticker measurements stay with your order.

YOUR DESIGN. READY FOR YOUR WHEELS.

Meet the spoke guard

A spoke guard is the plastic panel that sits over the wheel’s spokes, helping reduce the chance of fingers getting caught. Our black guards are gently domed, with a centre opening and pre-drilled fixing holes. Clear cable ties fasten the guard to the spokes.

Your sticker adds the personality and goes onto the plastic guard — never directly onto the spokes.

Why is there a slit in the sticker?

It’s a fitting cut, made on purpose. Our guards curve gently outwards rather than lying flat. A cut from the centre opening to the outer edge lets the vinyl overlap by around 5 mm, helping it sit smoothly over that shape.

We position the cut to avoid names and lettering. The illustration shows an example position; the cut and overlap may be visible on the finished sticker.

A small fitting cut allows an overlap.

Fitting your stickers & spoke guards

Stickers only? Here’s how to fit them.

Use a clean spray bottle filled with water and a couple of drops of washing-up liquid.

Download fitting leaflet (PDF)
  1. Mist the guard

Lightly spray the surface of your plastic spoke guard.

  2. Peel & mist

Leave the rectangular backing sheet flat. Peel up one of the two stickers, then lightly spray its grey adhesive side.

  3. Position your design

Place the sticker onto the guard and slide it into position.

  4. Smooth it down

Smooth the sticker with a clean towel to remove excess water.

Ordered stickers + guards? We do these steps for you before posting.

Fasten the guards to your wheels

Our guards have three pairs of small, closely spaced holes. Starting behind the guard, feed a supplied clear tie through one hole and back through its neighbour. Fasten it around the nearest spoke at the back. Repeat for all three pairs.
